Realtors are notified when a photographer has accepted the opportunity
Photography session includes several photos of the realtor and their client in front of the newly purchased home (additional photography packages availible on request).
$25 fee is due on date of shoot and photos will be delivered to Realtor within 5 days.
When you and your client have decided on a time and date to exchange keys, request a local Photographer for your next session.
The Key exchange takes place when Escrow closes and the Realtor meets their Client at their new home to hand over the keys, welcoming them to their new home. Our photography sessions capture this exchange in several photos that can be used by the Realtor and passed to their client.
When the home you have been in the process of selling confirms a close date, please arrange a day to exchange the keys with your client. When the Key Exchange date is confirmed, please request a photographer by completing the online form. You will be notified when a local photographer has accepted the opportunity. Please book photography session a minimum of three days before the projected key exchange date. Be sure to submit a request for a Homeowners quote when opening escrow!
Photography session are offered at $50, capturing the realtor and their client in several photos exchanging the keys from Realtor to new home owner. Photography sessions are offered at a rate of $25 a session if the sold home is insured with Urban Advantage Insurance.
Partnering with the Photography app Pic’d, we have made the services of hundreds of professional Southern California Photographers available to you. Pic’d emphasizes the location of their photographers, making it efficient and easy to book a photographer in the same city as your listing.
