Ms. McClure is a native Angelino, and a respected business leader in the greater Los Angeles community. She is a recipient of the Thurgood Marshall Award of Excellence for her work in insuring Hispanic, Asian, and African Americans, and was also recognized by the United States Congress, California State Senate, and the California State Legislature for her years of service in the community. Prior to founding Urban Advantage Insurance Services, Ms. McClure was a Senior Financial Executive with prominent carriers in the insurance industry. She was also featured in a Fox National News “Americans in Focus” segment, named one of Southern California’s Freedom Sisters, and recognized by Savoy magazine as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America.
Ms. McClure is a graduate of Pepperdine University, Malibu and a current member of Pepperdine’s Board of Regents. She also serves on the March of Dimes California Board of Directors, Los Angeles Urban League Board of Directors, The Wiley Center Board of Directors, and as a member of the Los Angeles Advisory Board for the United Negro College Fund.
Ms. Gomez oversees all operations of Urban Advantage including product development, underwriting, finance, IT and client services. She has held several executive positions throughout her 25+ year insurance career which has included VP of operations, AVP of business performance management, head of distribution and customer relationship management and product manager of several personal lines products. Ms. Gomez is also co-founder of a successful senior care and technology company and a board member of a community credit union. She received her undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University and attended California State University-Northridge for graduate school.
Mr. Sabatini has over 30 years of multi-lines experience in the insurance industry. Prior to his role as Senior Vice President of Claim Operations, he has held a variety of strategic claim and operational leadership roles during his career which include Vice President & Head of Claims, Executive Director, and Director of Claims for nationally recognized companies. Len has also lead several catastrophe events, he was responsible for the creation and development of a national catastrophe claims plan which encompassed a tactical response team with more than 200 claim representatives. As the leader of Urban Advantage Insurance Claims, he is responsible for all claims operations. Len grew up in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area and attended Pennsylvania State University. Len has spent the majority of his life in Southern California and enjoys vacationing with his family in their motor home whenever he has the opportunity.
Mr. Alives brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry with prior positions involving multi state Marketing Leadership and working with the Independent Agency distribution system. He participated in international projects collaborating with Insurance Professionals in Latin America and Europe. Mr. Alives has received various national sales awards in his career for his work in Personal and Commercial Lines and led the implementation of several ground-breaking Agency technology projects. Mr. Alives holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society. He was born in Argentina and migrated to Southern California with his family at the age of twelve and enjoys spending his personal time with his wife and three children.
